Stay Inspired Victim Impact Panel Policy Purpose The Stay Inspired Victim Impact Panels (VIP) are designed to offer a meaningful opportunity for individuals to hear directly from those affected by impaired driving or other criminal behaviors, providing a powerful educational experience that encourages personal responsibility, awareness, and a commitment to change. These panels serve as an essential part of the rehabilitation process, helping participants recognize the real-world consequences of their actions. Location The VIPs are conducted in person at the Woodward and Guymon locations. These locations were selected for their accessibility to the community and their commitment to providing a supportive environment for those seeking personal growth and change. Eligibility The Stay Inspired Victim Impact Panels are intended for individuals who have been convicted of offenses related to impaired driving, substance abuse, or other criminal behaviors that have caused harm to others. Attendance at a Victim Impact Panel may be mandated by the court, or individuals may voluntarily choose to attend as part of their commitment to rehabilitation. Scheduling and Attendance Panels are scheduled regularly in both Woodward and Guymon. Specific dates and times are published on the official Stay Inspired website or can be obtained by contacting the program coordinator. Attendance is mandatory for individuals referred by the court or probation services. Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to complete check-in procedures. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes late) or absences may result lost panel fee or a rescheduled panel (only in cases with prior communication).
